If you want to sell insurance waivers for customers, this is the product that should be created. In addition to the product, all you need to do is define the valid dates for the insurance waiver. Once this product is sold, the customer associated will automatically be granted an insurance waiver for the length of time dictated. This is all explained below.
Step 1
Create your product following the previous product guide. Make sure you choose "insurance" as the product type.
Step 2
Go to the rules tab and define start and end dates for the insurance waiver. When the product is sold, the waiver created for the customer will contain these dates.
Step 3
Save your product. It will now show up under your POS system for Insurance.
