We highly recommend that you let us know early if you want to transition to avoid missing out on your preferred migration window. Failing to do so will result in us choosing your migration window for you.

How do I start my transition?

FAQs
How long will my transition to Dash take?
The typical average time to set up your database is 3-9 hours, but this may vary depending on your requirements. Your dedicated Onboarding Specialist will be able to provide you with a custom training plan after your onboarding kick-off call. Data imports require a 2-week lead time to ensure you can review the data before going live.
Can I use my current merchant account in Dash?
Yes, your CardConnect merchant account will work in Dash! Our team will set up the payment provider in your database when you begin your transition to Dash. If you do not yet have a CardConnect or Stripe account, our onboarding team will connect you with our Payments team to get set up.
Will there be any disruption to customer payments?
No, but if you offer payment plans or recurring billing, we recommend you begin your transition before your next registration offering payment plans to ensure that billing is setup to run in Dash.
Will my customer data be imported into Dash?
Yes, our onboarding team will work closely with you to decide whether you would like to import customer data, existing memberships and passes, stored recurring billing information and/or rental booking events into Dash as part of your migration. Review our data import information here.
Will I get the same features in Dash that I use in AthleteTrax?
Yes, Dash offers all of the functionality that you had in AthleteTrax - you might even find that some of the features you wished you had in AthleteTrax exist in Dash! Review our feature comparison chart here.

How much does Dash cost?
As a thank you for being a loyal customer, we have a special “Loyalty Discount” we will apply on your account for you, which will be deducted from the normal retail price. We will discuss specifics with you on your transition overview call so you can make an informed decision on how you’d like to proceed.
