Leagues and Seasons
You have the ability to pull the following information from the leagues and seasons section of AthleteTrax.
This includes:
League Leader Reports (season by season)
Standings Report (season by season)
Roster Reports (season by season)
Season Schedules- Overall or by team (seasons by season)
Playoff Report PDFs (season by season).
League Leader and Standings Reports
Leagues and Seasons drop down → Seasons → Options drop down (on the intended season) → Leading Scorers Report.
… → … → Options drop down → Standings Report.
Roster Reports
Leagues and Seasons drop down → Rosters → there at the top of the page you can choose between exporting a number of different roster reports.
Games Played Roster Report, Roster Reports in both PDF and CSV, Draft list reports in both PDF and CSV.
Season Schedules
Leagues and Seasons drop down → Schedules → Select the Options drop down on the season and then you will have three different export options. The Master Overall Schedule can be exported in a PDF or CSV. The Master Team schedule will be exported through a PDF.
Playoff Report
Leagues and Seasons drop down → Playoffs → Options drop down on the intended season → PDF.
Camps, Events & Rentals
Camps
Have a roster report for the full camp, or attendance reports for individual days.
Facility management drop down → Camps → Select the camp by clicking on the blue “view” in the middle of the screen →at the top of the screen you can export the full camp roster. The daily camp roster report → select the camp by clicking the options drop down → Print Camp Attendance Report for Days. Also located there is another camp roster report.
Events
Attendance or event reports can be pulled for events.
Facility Management Drop down → Events → Options drop down next to the selected event → Print Event Attendance or Export Event Report.
Rentals
Reports from the rental section would be the rental report or any invoices that you may need.
Facility Management Drop down → Rentals → Options next to the drop of the rental you’d like to access → Export or Print Rental Report OR Print Custom Invoice.
Schedule
You can print a schedule PDF from any specific date range. This means you can pull a PDF that will contain the rest of your built out schedule if needed. We suggested exporting month to month to give the document a better chance of successfully loading.
Go to the Schedule Dropdown → Daily List View → Print Schedule PDF → Adjust your date range and filters.
POS and Financial Reporting
There are a number of reports that we can pull from the POS drop down, that are helpful to have for financial history sake. Most have date range filters.
Be careful when running a large date range. Load times may increase.
Sales History
There is one report that can be pulled with unique information.
Product Detailed Sales Report - This report shows you data on specific products that were sold.
Discounts
Within the discounts section there is a report at the top of the page labeled Discount Redemption Report. You are able to select whether you’d like this report export in a PDF or CSV.
POS Summary Report
This report has a number of different filters down the left side of the screen that can be used to specify details. We encourage you to explore them and use which ever ones best suit the export you are looking to do.
In the screen shot you can see that there are two different report types: Revenue and Payments.
This report also has the ability to be exported as a PDF as seen on the right side of the screen, or in a CSV by using the “Format” drop down.
The POS Detailed Report
This report has more details than the summary report, but a similar set up. There are a number of filters on the left side to make the report as specific as you’d like. This report also has two types, Payments and Accounts Receivable as seen in the picture. The other big difference is this report as to be exported as a CSV
Utilization Reports
Utilization reports are used to see information on your leagues and seasons or camps. With similar filters on the left side, the amount of detail is up to the runner of the report.
Contract Revenue Report
This section of the report fills you in on the details of your Rentals.
Facility Usage Report
This report has details on the different Event Areas and their usage numbers.
Saving Waiver Information:
All waiver information is saved under the Management tab, and then select Electronic Waivers.
Select the Options drop down and you can choose between several options.
You can see everybody who has signed, with the date of signage and expiration.
There is no CSV export of this data. It will have to be manually copy and pasted.
You can also view the a current copy of the waiver that your customers have signed.
